Since 2010, G4C Latin America holds a regional Festival and since 2019 a “Pitch for Change” competition. In 2022, a special webinar series focused on games and mental health issues among children and teens. Our XI Latam G4C Festival, in November 15-18, 2023, will be back to a hybrid format,open to local hubs in schools, NGOs and game dev communities.
The XI G4C Latin America Festival will focus on games, mental health and decolonial globalization. A Call for Papers is open until September 7, as well as the “Pitch for Change '' call for indie developers. This year, our Festival will be back as a hybrid event with local hubs in schools, NGOs and game dev communities running decentralized game jams, workshops and lectures.
